The rooms here are spacious with comfortable beds, offering a patio and balcony, set in a tranquil location with friendly and courteous staff.

A very beautiful, clean complex in direct proximity to the sea. All employees are super friendly and try to fulfill every wish. Very good, varied and fresh buffet.

The only thing that was really disturbing were some other guests, some of whom were very noisy. But with all-inclusive you probably can't avoid that.

Actually there is no beach in the Hotel. At all.

Right by the beach and close to the Aquarium, so you have lots to explore. Plenty of restaurants and bars around for your convenience. the rooms are spacious, which I loved. the breakfast here is hands down the best I've had around 👌.

I liked the number of pools in the hotel. I liked the mini disco. I liked the SPA part.

The People that runs the hotel are very rude. The food is not good as accpected, there is not as many things to do for kids excpet of a small mini club and 1 hour activity at 9 PM (mini disco). Do not count on getting the room you actually booked. The All Inclusive part is not really all Inclusive.

I got generous sized, fabulous room with comfy bed. I had a warm welcome, very helpful staff. Fantastic service was provided. Furthermore, the parking was on-site and convenient.

The food here was delicious and they offered plenty of options to choose from. the location is tranquil and just a short distance away from restaurants and a supermarket. 🍴

It's a clean and comfortable Hotel, maybe not really 5 stars but 4 superior. It has 7 not so crowded (even in August) swimming pools. The quality of the food was high and with a good variability. The Animation team was really great.

The food was amazing and the hotel grounds were well-kept. the staff was friendly and accommodating. Two facts that I loved were the complimentary room upgrades and the beautiful sunset views from the hotel. the location was fantastic, with shops and a harbor nearby. One more advantage was the large swimming pools.

loved our stay in sissi ! vasia resort & spa exceeded our expectations. great food, clean rooms, and friendly staff. the upgrade for our honeymoon was a special touch. the private swimming pool was a peaceful oasis. amazing experiences overall!

Kids club only for 4 years+.

The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, sauna, indoor and outdoor swimming pools and Jacuzzi, were exceptional. Private facilities were a highlight, our room had its own sun terrace and garden area. the restaurant provided buffet breakfast, with special diet menus available, and the bar/lounge area had a wide selection of drinks. the location advantages were unbeatable with direct beach access. the staff was friendly and attentive, providing a memorable experience.

The only minor issue was that some of the entertainment options were lacking. While the hotel had a leisure/TV room, there was no night club available on the premises.

room maintenance issues

We had a wonderful Christmas vacation at this hotel. The all-inclusive meals were great, with lots of variety and high-quality food. We also loved the daily massages that were included in our package. The location was perfect, right by the beach and within walking distance of lots of shops, bars, and restaurants. Plus, the fact that the hotel offered free bus transportation to a nearby beach was a big plus.

Sadly, there were a few things we disliked during our stay. Our room was a bit outdated and could use some renovations.
